Amidst the slush and snow we've had here lately, these two were in town for the Christmas holiday, and we weren't about to let a little cold weather keep us from having some fun. So, we headed down to T-town for some fun in the not-so-sun.
Thankfully, no arrests were made. I don't know what had me laughing more, the look on Deziree & Cory's faces when the alarm went off, or the sight of us all running away down the alley.
Thanks you two!! I can't wait for your wedding in June!

In reflecting on this past wedding season, I am so grateful for being able to work with the most awesome-azing clients. I am a lucky girl! I had so much fun looking through the last years memories. It was hard to pick my favorites, because I love them all! You be the judge, what's your favorite? I'd love to hear -

In gearing up for the exciting new year approaching, I wanted to post a
few of my favorite images from the last year. It's always fun to
reflect on what the last year brought, and to build on that in the next

One day post-thanksgiving, I had the pleasure to do a follow-up shoot with one of my former brides. Cami and Eric were married 2 years ago, when I was relatively new on the scene. We had such a great time on their wedding day, that I was thrilled when she called me up, and said she was releasing her debut album! Her music is truly amazing. She has such a vocal gift, and I know she will have great success. She and her husband co-wrote all the songs on the album, which should be out very soon!
Here are some images from our shoot -
Eric was working on the house they are building, but broke away from working to come be Cami's personal *stylist*. I think he did great -
my version of a piano shot -
It started to snow pretty early into our session, so we had to come up with some alternative locations -
this is one of my favorites of the shoot!
then it was back outside, for just a couple more -

Here is another adorable little munchkin, that I had the pleasure to hang out with a few weeks ago. We headed to Robinswood Park for some fun in the sun.

We are now offering the one...the only...nut factory, by yours truly. This is essentially my version of the ultimate photo booth. I cannot tell you how much fun this was to do, and how much the guests loved it! You can tell by their enthusiasm. Thanks to everyone for putting up with the wacky. For existing clients, if you are interested in this add-on, we should talk!

I instantly fell in love with this couple, right from the get-go. It has been so fun getting to know them this year, and feel truly blessed to have such amazing clients. Carmen is an event manager at the newly renovated Artic Club. If you are looking for an amazing venue, give her a shout!

I just love the emotion in this image -
After the ceremony, we jetted downtown with the bridal party. The sun was setting, so it made for some cool light -
We finally got a chance to do a couple of portraits of the bride and groom. It get's dark at about 5:00 in November, which made for a nice mood -
We were heading back, when we ran into this cool gym, and thought, why not?
I love this shot that Raif caught of them entering the reception -
